Charges begin the day your pet is admitted into the kennel. Although pets may be picked up or dropped off any time during our boarding hours, for your convenience, if your pet is picked up before 1:00pm on the scheduled departure day, no charge will be incurred for that final day.

If you have 2 or more dogs/cats, you can board them together and receive $1.00 off the price of each pet per day!

Defining "Camp"

"On Camp" is when your dog is signed up for 1-5 activities every day that they are here. Each activity is priced at $9.00. All dogs on camp for 4 or more consecutive paid days are given a free bath, while dogs on 2 or more activities for 4 or more consecutive paid days are given a Hydrosurge bath.

Defining "Straight Board"

With all other accommodation the same, it is simply opting out of daily camp activities. You may, however, still sign your pet up for one or more activities during his/her stay at $10.00 per activity. We note this as 'Exercise'. Please note that only a limited number of runs are used to accommodate straight board during peak seasons at Scott Creek.

Defining "Exercise"

This program allows your pet to have activities scheduled on specific dates instead of daily during your pet's stay. Charge is per activity.

Note: No complimentary bath is offered with the Exercise Program. Program may not be used in combination with any 'camp' program during any given stay. If your pet does not receive a play session on one or more of the days of a stay, the activities your pet receives will be recognized as exercise activities and charges will reflect such. Please note that limited spacing will be available during our peak seasons for this program due to high demand for our services during these periods.

*Free bath is offered to all dogs on the 'Camp' program when paying for 4 or more days. (Pet must be signed up for this package each day of the pet's stay in order for activities to qualify as 'camp' activities as opposed to non-consecutive 'Exercise' activities.)

**Free Hydrosurge Massaging bath is offered to all dogs enrolled on the 'Deluxe' program or above when paying for 4 or more days. (Pet must be signed up for any of the above camp packages each day of the pet's stay in order to qualify.)
